We recently contracted with Daniels Propane to install a new HVAC system and tankless water heater. We are very satisfied with the quality of the equipment and especially the professional nature of the installers. We also use Daniels to maintain our automatic generator and propane fireplace and appreciate the quality of the service provided. We have been customers of Daniels Energy for around 40 year - they have been our oil company and our propane company. I used Daniels Energy to install a new HVAC system at my house including an inground 1,000 gallon propane tank. What a great team to work with. From Sales, to installation of the tank and the HVAC it was a job well done. Very professional and competent staff, very clean installers, and great support when needed. We have been with Daniels for over 10 years. 7 years ago we bought a new system 2000 furnace from Daniels which is covered for 5 years parts and labor and a free cleaning each year. When Daniels ran a special buy a cleaning get one free I bought it to cover the two years after the warranty. Apparently I was early and still had one more cleaning covered, no problem they said we will credit you two years after your warranty is up. Daniels Energy did a great job in an emergency situation. On December 22 at noon the commercial boiler in our church totally failed. It was the Friday before Christmas and apparently most companies were out partying and cared little about taking care of customers. Our local suppler came immediately and tried to make temporary repairs but without success. I was previously a customer of ******** *******and switched to Daniels this winter . I was quoted at a price of $ 0.70 a gallon less than what I was paying at ******** . I decided that even with the price of leasing tanks (which ******** was not charging for) that it still was worth going to Daniels . My first refill and the price was already up $ 0.50.
