Dr Rich and his staff requires the best accolades possible/ available. So professional and kind. He is the "hug master" and we can all use a hug especially after total knee replacement. I was lucky! ***** (that's 5 stars!)

Dr Daniel Rich, his staff, and HSS are beyond any others in the medical field. Office visits are easy to schedule. Wait time is very short 5-10 minutes. There is no one else or place to go for orthopedics than HSS.
Dr. Rich is just Great! I'd say each visit is like being in Paradise. Pleasant, positive, fun, which help my issue already. Feels much better with each visit. Excellent experience!!
