I couldn't have had a better experience. Dr Rich, Patricia and staff were utmost professional!
After many years of excruciating pain I knew it was time to find the right surgeon. The very first time I met Dr. Rich I trusted him completely. He is by far the best....kind,understanding, so knowledgeable,experienced and overall wonderful. Had a total right hip replacement at the Hospital of Special Surgery in NYC. Have recommended him to several people. Will be having knee replacement with him also. Cannot praise him enough and the hospital is quite fantastic.
What a great Dr. He has kept me out of the hospital like he said he would. I know one day I will have to bite the bullet and have a knee replacement but for the past several years he has kept his word. Very personable and polite. He is not like some other Drs. I have visited that want to do surgery the first time you see them. Go see him and I feel you will like him also.
VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE
Dr. Rich and his staff are excellent. My life style has been very greatly improved thanks to their skill.
I like the doctor very much.
Dr. Rich is an excellent physician.
