This practice is extremely well run and very efficient. Everyone is a delight to work with which is wonderful at such a tedious time in one's life!
Patricia was above and beyond helpful in scheduling my appointments. The insurance company was also giving me a difficult time about the medication I needed and the time it would be shipped. Patricia, again, went above and beyond. She is an asset to the staff here.

Dr Rich is by his own words extremely conservative. He didn't ask any questions when he arrived into room. He just looked at xray and said well I've seen worse.I'm sure true but all people are affected in different ways. He did review medical conditions and said based upon my medical history he would hobble around and skip surgery. He wasn't interested enough because he said I'm not that aggressive. It's your interpretation.
One of the best Md's of all time and I have known thousands.
