Dr. Richards and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Richards has a pleasant bedside manner and took time to answer all of my questions. The hygienist, assistant and front desk are all equally as attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.
Daniel used to be very customer focused but of late he is abrupt and rude.. He tries to cram too much into his 3 day work week.
My husband and I both needed a new dentist. I selected Dr. Richards due to his excellent reviews, education, years experience and location. He and his entire staff were very helpful, friendly and the care was great. His office was also nice and convenient.
My experience with Dr. Richards was excellent. I was very nervous about going to dentist because my teeth are so sensitive that it has always hurt to just clean them. Tonya cleaned my teeth painlessly. She was wonderful. Dr. Richards also saw my children and they all had a great experience. He is very fair and honest so no worries about him finding a little this and that to fix unless really needs fixing.
Great chairside manner!! Staff is very friendly. I feel very comfortable in his office. Great dentist!
