I want to give a shout out to Dr. Daniel Heaston and the Mountain View Surgery Center in Greeley, and his Banner Health team. I had reverse replacement shoulder surgery today and from the moment I walked in, every nurse, Dr. Heaston my surgeon, Dr. Smith was the anesthesiologist, and even Dan, the physical therapy guy were all amazing!!! I would recommend this team for anyone who has any shoulder or elbow issues. For having surgery, it was an awesome experience!!!
Came to him for just a 2nd opinion, and his medical assistant Joann was unprofessional and rude. She had the "I hate my job attitude" and Dr. Heaston came in with the same attitude. I drove an hour and ten minutes to see this dr and ended up leaving. Very disappointing to see a physician also act that way. Its all due to them not liking OCR. OCR sure didnt treat me that way. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET THE CARE YOU DESERVE! I will keep my fabulous OCR doctor's. Wow!
Dr. Heaston did a wonderful job with my Reverse Shoulder Replacement. All of my questions were answered and my concerns addressed. He is easy to talk with and makes you feel confident that you are in good hands. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
