I couldn't be happier to have found Dr. Daniel Norberg. He is a warm, loving and professional doctor. You will be treated with respect, he gives his time completely to listen to you. I have only good things to say about him. I find it unfortunate the reviews I read below. They do not correspond with the truth in my opinion. I tried to schedule an appointment with this doctor on 5 separate occasions. Once the receptionist hung up on me instead of transferring the call. Twice the receptionist picked up the phone and placed me on hold for almost 10 minute before I hung up. Another time, no one picked up the phone. Then, The last time I called, I was transferred to 2 different receptionists before being dumped into voicemail. Mind you, I called during normal business hours each time. Very unprofessional behavior. Never had a doctor slam a door leave the exam room. He did this when I asked him what happened to my medical records I brought with me & his office lost. The group he's in is huge, so plan on sitting in the waiting room for a long time.
