Just recieved a bill almost 8 months later! My insurance covered most of it, however the (PBS Anesthesia) says I owe them $....also noticed a charge of $400 for a 'Consultation fee', yet I've never spoken to Dr. Link or his staff! In other words, I and the insurance company were charged for a Consultation that never occurred! Guess I'll be making a call to my insurance provider!!
Dr. Link was okay, although after I told him I was allergic to Morphine, he told them to prepare Morphine. I told him, "I hope that was not for me, since I just told you I was allergic." The poor service came from PBS Anesthesia themselves. I was expecting to have to pay a copay, but I never received a statement. Five months later, I finally get a statement along with a letter threatening to sue me. Just send a statement and I will pay.
