Dr Ocel walked in and started educating me on what my injury was immediately. I appreciated his honesty, candor and knowledge. He did not rush me and I felt cared for by a team that is highly skilled. So grateful for this experience after having a couple others with doctors that just rushed through and did not diagnose my injury correctly.
Dr Ocel is kind, caring and listens to your concerns. He takes time to explain everything and makes sure you understand. He does not rush you. His staff is helpful and treat you with respect. He is the Best in the West. Make an appointment with him today, you won’t be sorry
Dr. Ocel gave me my life back! After a failed treatment for a ruptured achilles, (previous doctor refused to operate), I could no longer ride my bike, hike, dance, let alone walk a mile. I had a 'permanent' limp. Dr. Ocel was supportive, encouraging, extremely understanding, totally present, and had the best 'bedside manor' ever! He did reparative surgery expertly and signed me up for aggressive PT. I now can do all of the above activities again, with no limp! Dr. Ocel brings superb clinical expertise and knowledge to his compassionate treatment delivery both surgically and clinically. He has consistently delivered excellent care for different issues each time I have seen him. He thoroughly evaluates, pursues with most conservative but effective approaches. When those are not indicated or are unsuccessful and surgery is required, he is the best!

I was lucky enough to have Dr. Ocel operate on my foot to correct a surgery that an inexperienced podiatrist had performed! My toes are now as they should have been and I’m so very thankful for his special care. He is not only an excellent surgeon, but a very exceptionally kind and caring individual! Dr. Ocel is friendly, knowledgeable, and answers all your questions with respect. After my ankle surgery (metal plate and 10 screws) I had full range of motion.
Great visit Dr Ocel is straight forward and to the point which I appreciate. Unfortunately my ankle needs some work but I am the hands of a great surgeon.
