Excellent surgeon with great bedside manner, communication and follow up. I’m a physician and he has a stellar reputation amongst the medical community.
Dr Ocel has helped heal my feet through the years. He saw I was struggling with other serious health problems and he graciously helped me with information I needed.
Dr. Ocel is unmatched in his skill for ankle surgery repair and his bed side manner with patients is refreshingly wonderful. He is a stellar doctor and a wonderful human being. He not only gets you well he supports you through the process.
Dr Ocel is an exceptionally warm professional. He is an excellent surgeon, willing to listen and explain carefully.
I’ve seen Dr. Ocel for the third incident recently. He has performed two surgeries on my ankles previously. They were phenomenal. I visited recently for what turned out to be a heel bone spur affecting my Achilles tendon. He is always professional and has exceptional bedside manner.
From the start my entire experience has been done on a professional manner keeping me educated on the process throughout. Dr. Ocel has manner in making you feel confident in the process.
Communication is always good as well as work
Dr Ocel explained my problem well and outlined the treatment recommendation well.I would have liked a few more minutes to consider and ask questions but overall satisfied with Dr Ocel.Follow up call to this office was frustrating as it took over 20 mins to get a promise for a call back with payment info. The call never came but a second call got me the info I needed
