It took the doctors here over 2 months to find out that my wife needed to have her gallbladder removed. The office staff was rude and very very slow to send referrals. Dr. Kuzio was nice and knowledgable however the rest of his staff was nothing short of incompetent.
Dr. Kuzio and Julie (unsure if a Dr. or Nurse Practitioner?) are great. I saw another Dr. or Nurse Practitioner that was awful. Unfortunately, I cant remember her name. The staff is relatively nice. Ive had a couple of experiences where they were a little on the rude side. I still like and recommend this office though. They recently have added new technology. From my experience, very difficult (if not impossible) to actually see the doctor. A physicians assistant performed an exam and referred for extensive cardiovascular tests following complaint of chest pain. After several hundred dollars of tests that were all negative, another doctor diagnosed the real problem, a muscle strain. Find a practice where you can actually see a doctor!

We were among Dr. Kuzios first patients in his Acworth office. At that time, he and staff were wonderful. We were very close to them, like family. We referred Dr. Kuzio to many friends. Now, original staff is gone (except, I believe, for Misty the nurse who is and always has been wonderful). Current office personnel is unfriendly and uncaring. I was shocked when I read these other reviews ! I have been going to AFM for 3 years and have had professional courteous service. I have recommend them to others with no problem !

They are always caring, quick with appointments and referrals. Whether you go in for a sore throat or back pain they are great. Dr. Kuzio no longer does Botox treatments but he was by far the best in price and procedure that Ive experienced since 1998. I wish he was still doing this for his patients but he no longer does this.
This was my first time to Dr Kuzios office. I got a same day appointment and was acutally seen before my appointment time. I saw the Dr and he was great. Good personality and answered whatever questions you had. Easy to work with. The office staff, nurses and assistants were also great. I had a good experience.
