I see Stephen Gayla Dr. Kuzio s Physician Assistant. After see Stephen I feel that a found a Primary Care Physician that will listen to me not just acts likes he is listening he really does listen. I have heard nothing but good things about Dr. Kuzio himself but I am grateful for meeting Stephen and having someone who cares about his patients and t really shows. The wait times are minimal. Nice office, but for some reason it is very difficult for them to call you back when you leave a message.
I have been a patient for about ~12 years. The staff has always been nice to me. Dr. Kuzio has always been nice to me, but I dont think he does enough for the patients illness. The last straw was when I called about an issue and actually talked to someone about it and they said they would call me back and let me know what I needed to do. I never got a call back. Im in the process of finding an office that will at least communicate with me.

Sick people are just a\$\$holes...The front office is fine. DR. Kuzio aint God, he is a doctor. I have been going to his office for 10yrs and everything has not been perfect but niether has ANY other place i have been going to for that long. When you are sick you want everything perfect, to go easily and smooth...Guess What??? There is not a place on this earth that, that will take place! Man! I have alot of characters left but i will just say "Givem hell and makem well"
I guess Ive been lucky. I love Dr. Kuzio and most of his staff. I always get great service, no matter which office I visit. After moving 2 hours away, I still drive back to Acworth to see Dr. Kuzio for my medical care.
The worst practice ever....... Most unprofessional front desk staff that I have ever dealt with. After calling the answering service last night (3) times I still never received a call back from any one. When I called the office today to speak to a live person I was put on hold . I then hung up and called back and the girl that answered didnt even greet me on the phone. I am so shocked that practice can survive like this. I have been a patient of Dr. Kuzios for roughly ten years now, but rarely ever get sick and so I havent seen him in a while. I recently went in and cant believe the horrible experience Ive had. I made it clear that I needed generic medicine, as my insurance plan wont cover brands. I was prescribed one generic medicine that made me sick and called him a few days later to get it altered. Saw Dr. Kuzio for the first-time as I had just moved to the area. I personally thought he was down to earth, joking around and wanting me to be comfortable, and I was! The MAJOR downfalls for me were (1) it took FOREVER (first time was a few days, second time a week) to have them return calls (2) they forgot to fax a surgical referral over and the Dr. of surgerys office (THANKFULLY) gladly had to call them 4 times to "remind" them to fax it. I would say thats more front office error than anything at Dr. Ks.
