Routine cleanings were anything but routine prior to my finding Sunnybrook Dental. I have very sensitive teeth and it was painful to have them cleaned. Thanks to Audrey and her treatment plan and toothpaste recommendation, I now look forward to my quarterly appointments!
Dr. Kisling found a chip in my tooth and was able to take care of it at the same time so I didn't have to come back then it only took about 10 minutes. Nice!!!! Thank you!
This was my first time at this office. I cracked a jewel tooth and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kisling. I was told that I needed to have a crown after the examination. Dr. Kisling was very professional and explain things very well, and had a very good sense of humor. After two appointments my tooth was fixed and I am very happy with the work. A small chair for mothers would be nice. A chair was never thoughtfully offered as I sat on the cold floor. This would be a reason I would not encourage other families w kids to your facility. The professionals
asked for new referral for braces as the one I had was over 14 months old . Erin updated my data on the computer but when I got home I noticed I got a copy of the one I already had. So I made another trip to the office to get a current copy as of this week. the desk should have noticed the dates on the computer copy were over a year old and updated to current info. I love going to this office this is the only time I had a concern.
Thank you for accommodating my needs with my broken tooth in regard to treatment options, scheduling & payment. I didn't receive that from my long-time dentist and am happy to have found this new practice!
My cap had come loose unexpectedly yesterday and I drove right to the office before a 4:00 appointment in Lawrence and they saw that I got right in and had it fixed,and, made it to my appointment in Lawrence on time. Thank you!
I unfortunately chipped a tooth yesterday afternoon and was unable to contact the dental office until 7:00am the next morning. They told me to come into the office around 8am (when the doctor arrived) and they were able to coordinated with the doctor and I was seen immediately after my arrival. They ultimately had to put in a filing which they did within 30 minutes and got me on my way. Very efficient, professional courteous team. Second visit that has exceeded expectations.
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Dan for about three years now I couldn't be happier with the service that he and his staff provides. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are extremely friendly and fun to be around! It's a very welcoming atmosphere and I highly recommend this dental office!
