I was surprised to be seen by a new dr. That I didn't know had joined the office.
Erin is wonderful. She's gentle, explains things very well and is very caring and compassionate. She knew I was upset about another crown replacement and handled it very well. She is a blessing!

The customer service experience was outstanding. The friendly front office was quick to communicate scheduling, understood the sense of urgency, and was able to work me in on the spot when I needed to come in for a toothache. Paula, Abby, and Dr. Dan have a great personality as well as a calm, professional demeanor. They exceeded expectations at a very high level! Thank you!
Upon completion of my visit, I was asked to make my portion of the payment for the service performed. Had I know that this was going to be a requirement, I would have scheduled my visit to be closer to a pay day. I was never informed that this was going to be the case when I scheduled the follow up visit, and even though they said they could bill me, she seemed a bit annoyed that I even asked to pay later. I would suggest discussing the payment terms with your patients before they schedule...
its refreshing to go into an office where everyone is so personable and friendly, I am very happy to have found your office and we will continue to have all our care done with you. I also really appreciate the call for appointment reminders and asking us to return the call to confirm. I don't know what it is about that step but it really helps me remember and I am terrible at remembering! Thank you!
