My family and I had some challenges working with Dr Bednarczyk. The billing received for normal care was not always accurate for the work done. In addition the doctor recommended veneers on two of my teeth and advised that I should have very little maintenance with the veneers. I love this place. Everybody that works there is friendly and caring. They r all concerned about your comfort and want to make sure all your needs r met.
Dr. Bednarczyk is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He make being at the dentist pleasant.
Was pleasantly surprised with the time allotted for this dental cleaning, xrays, and doctor visit. Facility is like new, and it appears to be well run with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Everything is great except that there is not a chair in each exam room for a parent to sit.
I am a new patient from out-of-state, where I received excellent care. My visit today was for an initial exam, x-rays and cleaning - all covered by my Delta Dental plan. I was extremely pleased with the skill, thoroughness and attitude of hygienist, Paula Herman. Alyse Wilhelmson's handling of all of the administrative stuff was quick, quite pleasant and helpful. Dr. Bednarczyk, recommended by several neighbors, came across as a fine dentist and person who has put together an excellent team!
Was great, convenient and fast. I also feel it was a thorough check-up.
Sadly, we are leaving after the very unprofessional behavior from the office manager. She was rude, combative and her customer service skills are non-existent.
