Dan handled the purchase of our son's first home today. Although the process of purchasing a home can be overwhelming, Dan made this easy for our son. Dan saved me big time! The mortgage company I was Previously working with for weeks in attempt to get my home loan, told that my loan would not be able to go through with only two weeks left until closing date. I was lucky enough to find Dan who with the help of his amazing team helped me completed the whole process in ONLY 9 BUSINESS DAYS!!! We started working with Dan through our realtor and he made sure as first time home buyers, we knew exactly what we were getting into. He took the time to explain the numbers / rates in a patient manner so we would be better home buyers moving forward. He was very attentive and knowledgeable.
