Recently my husband and I decided to purchase our first home. We didn’t have any idea how things worked. A co-worker of my husband’s referred us to Dan. Dan was awesome. As most people know purchasing a home can be very stressful and Dan was available even single day. I could hear his children in the background sometimes when I called. We were able to close on the house on time with no headache. Thank you Dan!!!

Dan helped us put a house back in April. He was very helpful and understanding as it was our first time buying. He answered all the questions we had and answered all the texts I sent when I had questions. He even sat down with us at closing at explained everything to us. I recommend Dan to any one. He knows his stuff and is very friendly and easy to work with.

Closed on our new home this past Friday. Reached out to a former coworker and so happy we did. Daniel Horner was absolutely awesome every step of the way. Was even at the closing to personally review and walk us through the entire signing process. Can’t recommend him enough! If you’re in the market for a mortgage, call Dan the Mortgage Man!

We didn't know what to expect while buying a house during a pandemic but Dan make us feel so at ease. He walked us through our options and helped us make the best decision for our situation. Dan made buying a house during a pandemic a walk in the park. He never let a question go unanswered and took the time to really make sure we understood what we were signing up for. Dan is extremely hardworking, focused and will do whatever he can to make sure you close on time with no hold ups. I have recommended Dan to many of my friends and I will continue to do so. He ran our credit and ghosted us. i followed up and still nothing, it turns out we need to work on our credit but he could have told us what happened instead of ignoring us.

My boyfriend and I recently purchased our first home. We had heard horror stories about the process of buying a house, but were happy to find that Dan made it a smooth experience. He was available to us morning, noon, and night. Dan really made the whole process seamless and free of stress. I don't know what we would have done without him. One of the most on the ball mortgage lenders I've ever dealt with. Even all while we communicated from Philadelphia to Clearwater. Always answered my questions in a timely manor and explained each of the steps taken in a way I could understand. Would recommend him to anyone looking at a home buy!
