Highly pleased with the results provided by Dr. Barba and the entire Palomar Hospital medical team regarding my recent lumbar disk surgery. I was very confident throughout the entire process from my initial visit with Dr. Barba, surgery preparation and post-op recovery. I cannot express enough my gratefulness to Dr. Barba for not only pain relief but for the improvement of my quality of life!
I was having lower back and leg pain over a year ago, couldn't even carry my 2 year old granddaughter. Dr. Barba performed surgery on me last June. I was up and walking the same day! Now one year later I am able to do just about anything with no pain. Thank you Dr. Barba!!
Severe Sciatic pain
Doc sat down with me and made sure I knew exactly what my procedure would include. He listened to my questions and needs. I've had 4 previous back surgeries and my scar tissue causes problems for the doctor and my recovery. Doc chose to move to the side of my previous incisions and I have So Much Less Pain!! Staff are easy to work with as well..
In and out in a day, all went as planned
My experience with Dr. BARBRA and my surgery was great! My quality of life is now pain free and I'm able to continue taking care of my gradchildren

best anyone could ask for. very up front on what to expect and when I came to him I was at the point I was barley able to walk. we discussed options and surgery was the best option for me. 1 year later and I am 110% satisfied with the results also the whole experience I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Barba to everyone
Dr. Barba is very Professional and Informative!! He answered most questions I had prior to Surgery. I was very apprehensive and terrified of having surgery on my Spine. I felt he was successful at easing my mind and body!!
