RUDE – Customer service? That concept does not exist at D'Anelli's. The tone at the top (including both the owner and the manager) set the mood for this store....and it stinks! They are rude, rude, rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone EVER. Do NOT order your dress from D'Anelli's. If you are looking for a friendly environment, I recomment Danelles in Colorado Springs or Anna Be in Denver. I can almost guarantee that anywhere will be a step up from this place. I would risk ordering a dress online over ordering one... read more

Horrible customer service – Do NOT go here for your wedding dress. I ordered my wedding dress from this store, and when it arrived several months later, it was not in acceptable shape. The manager is extremely rude and argumentative, and belittled me time and time again. The customer service here is non-existent, so STAY AWAY. I do not know how this place can be in the business they are in. I will not recommend this store to anyone.

Listen to the bad reviews!!! – This was also my first stop for bridal gown shopping a couple weeks ago. I had made an appointment well in advance but when my mother, my maid of honor, and I arrived and stood directly in front of the counter, the lady behind it ignored us for ten minutes! She was just typing on the computer, nothing else. She then turned when we just started looking at dresses on our own and demanded to know whether we had an appointment. I would recommend them for your bridal gown – Overall I would recommend this place to buy your bridal gown. I didn't have an appointment on a saturday. I only had to wait about 10 min and could look at dresses while I waited. The girl was very helpful even with her hurt shoulder she picked out some dresses for me. I tried on about 10-15 and found one I liked. The dress was pretty good price wasn't to expensive. High Prices, Good Customer Care – I am surprised by the amount of terrible reviews! D'Anelli was my first stop on a long path to my wedding gown. The place was packed which made it uncomfortable for me but that was nothing D'Anelli did wrong. I was helped by a very nice young woman who made suggestions based on my comments. I was not overwhelmed one way or the other by my experience there. I felt it was adequate, nothing to write home about and nothing to discourage others from trying. TERRIBLE!! – My first experience shopping for bridal gowns was at D'anelli Bridal. I couldn't believe how rude they were!! I had two of my bridesmaids with me and we were so excited to have a fun day of shopping and trying on dresses. The first thing the lady said to us is "do you have an appt.?" We didn't, but we were the only ones in there!! She tells us we have exactly one hour. Awful Awful Awful – I had a TERRIBLE experience at this store!!! When the staff found out that (GASP) I had less than 1 year before my wedding, and still hadn't found my wedding dress...I was immediately treated very coldly. No one wanted to help me, and it was quite obvious. This should be a business based on helping people, and making them feel welcome--regardless of their timeline and financial concerns. They did quite the opposite, and I walked out completely offended by the way they treated me.

Do Not Go Here!!! – My sister left the store in tears. The horrible staff scoffed at her when she told them she had 4 months to get married (her husband was being deployed). She tried to assure THEM that it was okay, and just wanted to try some dresses. She tried to ignore their rude comments about her chest, dress style, and of course her "unreasonable demmands". D'anelli Brides, avoid lacking in custormer service – HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - I was looking for a MOB dress. My overall experience was horrendous the MANAGER set the tone for the entire staff. Her appearance was garish and slovenly. In addition, her overall demeanor was extremely RUDE. When I entered the store I was ignored, however I knew what I wanted so I selected two dresses.
