Wonderful help – I had a wonderful experience at D'anelli. My assistant, Holly, was professional, patient, and personable. They had a great selection of dresses. Out of all several places I tried on dresses, this was the best experience I have had.
Don't Waste Your Time or Money! Buyer beware! – What a horrible experience! Our consultant wasn't helpful or interested at all. She didn't help us select dresses, try them on, nothing. When attempting to order, they were put on hold 30-45 minutes, told they'd be called back (which was half a day later). When one bridesmaid cancelled her order, she was interrogated and berated by the store manager! The store mgr basically implied that the girls lied about being on hold so long. They were unimpressed with my budget, and were skeptical a dress would arrive in time. They did have a lot of dresses to choose from, however, very few are actually affordable.
