A pleasant surprise – A friend purchased her dress here and had a positive experience so I decided it was worth a try despite the negative reviews. When I called to schedule my appointment, the receptionist was pleasant and polite. When we arrived, we received a friendly greeting and received a tour and guidelines - 6 dresses. NOT a good idea! – The majority of the other reviews are right- the staff is condescending and offensive. Even if you can tolerate the depressing atmosphere, the dresses leave a lot to be desired. For the most part, you would have to like the 'cream puff' look or want to carry 20 pounds of beads and sequins all night. Not classy! There are some designer dresses, but ladies- we deserve much better! Skip D'anellis and save yourself time and emotion. I wouldn't be surprised if the positive reviews were written by the staff. unpleasant experience – Our experience at this shop was not a pleasant one. The bridal dress came in in less than quality condition and and the management was not willing to work with us at all. After it became apparent that absolutely no help or compromise could be reached with the unreasonalbe staff/management, the same dress was ordered from another shop and arrived in perfect condition. Rude - No help at all! – I found a dress by Sophia Tolli online - and realized that D'Anelli was the only place in town that carries Sophia Tolli dresses. So - even though my co-worker had a horrible experience with them over a dress she purchased that never arrived (and they kept her $500 deposit) - I went to visit. The staff was SO very rude, and the in-stock dresses were almost all "princess style." MOST FABULOUS PLACE TO BUY YOUR DRESS YOU HAVETO GO! – I visted every bridal shop in Denver looking for the perfect dress and d'Anellis was by far the best place to buy. Not only did they have a fabulous selection, deffinetly the largest in town, but they were super friendly and made sure that this was the best experince for my big day. Attention Brides.......Ignore the bad reviews....Give d'Anelli's a try!!!! – I had a wonderful experience at d'Anelli Bridal and Tux. I had visited several other bridal salons, Schaffer's, Blue, Anna Be, Breathtaking, The Bridal Collection and others... I had a very hard time finding anything that I loved and a staff that treated me well. I am a fuller figured bride and wanted a couture gown. Highly recommended to Denver brides! – I am so surprised of the bad reviews that I signed up with CitySearch just to post that I would RECOMMEND d'Anelli Bridal to all Denver brides!! I shopped at every price range store (David's to Bea's in Cherry Creek) and found and purchased my dress from d'Anelli. I had great help and even better advise. Very Poor Customer Service – I purchased my wedding gown out of state and had to find somewhere to do the alterations in Denver. I chose D'anellis because it seemed like a similar type of shop as the one where I found my dress.
