Overall every visit was a very pleasant experience. No wait, the entire staff is very friendly and Dr. Ulett himself is a very likable guy, yet professional and without a doubt very knowledgeable and experienced. I can only recommend!
He is a very friendly, down to earth doctor. Following the exam, he explained the cause of my heel pain. Directions were given for stretching and a boot to wear to stretch the tendon when sitting or laying in bed. A script was provided which helped immediately. I was very pleased and would recommend him to anyone asking.
I suffered chronic pain from bunions on both feet and an old fracture. I am very active and my job requires a lot of walking and standing. The medical care I was received from beginning to end was wonderful. Dr. Ulett performed an bunionectomy on both feet and removed bone from an old fracture. I now can have my productive life back; which includes running, working out, and of course working my regular job without foot pain. Dr. Ulett and the staff were nothing less than EXCEPTIONAL!
My experience was very good he explained everything to me and what he would give for my pain and what my options was very good doctor but I never got one of the medicine that he subscribed
Dr Ulett has been very good for me so far. A couple of years ago the staff missed up my billing never did get it right. I just wrote it off. Seems like a lot of new staff. I like to see Dr Ulett smile. He takes his time with you and explain his diagnostic and what can be done about it. Some times Staff that is not doing a good Job really mess it up for a Good Dr.
Paid $50 copay for preventive care. Once in told by assistant that care only provided if there is an injury although my medicare insurance covers preventive. Dr. Ulett came in and did virtually nothing and then Village Podiatry charged the insurance company,got paid a sum and then had an attorney-collection agent harass and seek an additional sum from me. Would strongly not recommend.
I would not recommend anybody visit his practice. The staff were very rude and combative. It has been very difficult dealing with this practice. When I had a consultation they had just moved office locations but did not make thier patients aware. They incorrectly billed me and I had to follow up both with the office and insurance to make sense of the charges. I had lab work submitted on my behalf and never received the lab results but got a hefty bill. Consider your options.
