My son was referred to Dr.Dane for treatment, due to his age. During our visit, I felt extremely comfortable with the doctor and dental assistants. They explained the dental procedures in a very detailed manner. Treatment was a success, my son also felt comfortable in this office. I decided to stay here for his future appointments because this office specializes in children.

This Dentist is amazing!!! She really cares about her patients and the staff is amazing too. I've been taking my daughter here since she was a baby and she loves coming here. It's my daughters first dentist and will be the only dentist until she grows up. Facility is very kid friendly, clean and they offer complimentary coffee and water. I highly recommend Dr. Dane to my family, friends or anyone who is looking for a pediatric dentist.

I had already been to this office once before and left with a bad taste. The first time my daughter was around 3 and the dentist was very rude and mean to my kid. She had not tact to speak to a child that had never been to the dentist before. This second time I was referred by another dentist my first call was pleasant however it turned sour very quickly. Treats staff like shit...very vulgar when talking to her staff or patients with medicare...I would know I worked there...treats patients with medicare like chop liver and the patients with insurance are told they need all these unnecessary procedures and extractions just to cash in on their insurance.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!! We didn't see Dr. Hoang, but we saw some other dentist there. The office has photos of Dr. Hoang everywhere, but she was no where to be seen when we went. Instead, we got a HORRIBLE person who took one look at my son's teeth and basically said that they are ALL bad and the ONLY thing to do was to pull out ALL of his teeth except for 4. (My son is 5 years old and has a set of 20 teeth. They wanted to pull out 16 teeth total. RIDICULOUS!!) Then she basically called me a bad mother for "letting th... read more

don't ever make the mistake of taking your child there. My child is only 2 years old. She met with us for 2 minutes and she didn't want me to ask any questions, she told me my child has cavities didn't explain anything to me, when I asked her questions she was clearly upset she just wanted to leave for lunch, then I sked what is the best way to brush his teeth she put her finger in his eye and and started brushing real hard my poor baby was realy scared.

i only had one office visit in 2007, trying to find treatment for my daughter's baby teeth. to my surprise, this lady, good-looking on pictures, was really rough and impatient when taking care of patient and parents. she didn't even smile. we didn't go back of course. Shame.

I think this dentist could take a child psychology 101 course. Instead of using positive reinforcement, this doctor and some of the staff demonstrated a lack of encouragement before we even had stepped into the back area to work on my child. One of the assistants started off with "you better not be bad or you cannot get (the exit prize) that". They had become indignant when I asked to come back with my child. Very nice staff, and Dr. Dane is such a great dentist. She took away all the fear of my 3 year old princess and made a beautiful filling. worth every penny.
