At first I had some issues with my experience at Dane County Auto, but the manager call me and told me that he is fixing everything that I wasn't happy with. He also explained a few of the other things that I was unhappy about and now I understand. I am glad that he took the time to read my review and do whatever it takes to make me a happy customer.
Did our homework online ahead of time, knowing (for the most part) what to expect from the vehicle. We were a complete walk-in customer for them, and our salesperson Shawn did a fantastic job of greeting us immediately, gauging our interest, walking us through the vehicle ins-and-outs (of which he was very familiar after only 4 months on the job with Chrysler/Dodge products) and made us feel completely at ease about choosing the vehicle WE wanted.
