Our son in law bought a used truck from Dane County Auto in August. His brakes went out and had it towed to Dane County Auto. After charging $200.00 for the tow there bill was outrageous..My son in law had it towed to another mechanic and it was fixed for about a third of the price he was quoted. They do not stand behind there used vehicles!

Brought a used truck from them in August and the brakes completely went out yesterday. My husband could of died but luckily was safe. They are blaming it on the brake pads which they did mention about at my husband last oil change. However, with what happened to the truck and talking to other mechanics we learned that something also probably was wrong with the electronics. Great people to work with. Didn’t feel pressured into anything. They listened to our needs and concerns and answered them. Katelyn was wonderful to work with even though she had other customers at the time. Don came and helped us out and while she was busy and was great to work with as well. We left that night knowing we would be back to buy our van but wanted to sleep on it anyway and they didn’t pressure us into signing right then and there which we appreciated. We bought a dodge ram 3500 from them thay they claimed was "fully inspected." It had a flat tire in the showroom. We were told to go fill it up. We did and it was very obviously a bad valve stem seeing as the air immediately gushed back out. Still waiting to see if they reimburse me for that. They lost the spare key and accused us of stealing it. Still seeing if they give us the spare key they promised. We drove the truck for 5 days and never hauled a load. As my fiancé previously posted we will never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from DCA. After the sales man tried to sell Kyle the wrong jeep decided he was going to take attitude with him when he told the Sales manager Don it wasn't the right car. Also after 5 calls and still no fill disclosure on what was needed, Kyle resulted in having to lie to Don just to stop the phone calls. We just bought a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Dane County Auto. The sales people, finance people, and detail people all stayed late for us to get the job done. Excellent service, very friendly, (without being fake "salesman like"). They answered all our questions, worked hard to get us the best rate and term and they are even turning in my leased vehicle for me! We are very happy with our decision to buy from DCA would highly recommend them!
