I wish I could put a negative 100 that would be my score. I advise anyone to please never ever buy a car from these people. They ripping people off to the max. They are telling people that they are financing cars when they giving you a lease contract. If any of you are paying high interest rates this is why. At the end of the day when and if you pay your car off. The bank will take the car back because it considered a lease. Which means you don't own the car. Dancy Auto Group are a bunch of crooks. I traded in my truck and they never paid it off. Went to go by the dealership in Woodbury and they are no longer there. Now I have the old bank asking me for money for a vehicle that I don't drive. This has affected my credit negatively. Now I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and leaving a negative review on whatever social media they are on.
VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH WITH NOTHING PROMISED.
I have never been to a car dealership and received A class treatment . I walked into Dancy Automotive Group today to look at an Audi Q5 but I ended up leaving with an Audi Q5 . I was truly impressed by the service of everyone from the Sales Team especially my Sales agent J and the two finance agents . They were all very warm , welcoming and they did whatever it take to close my deal . I strongly recommend asking for J to assist you in finding the right car .
