Been trying to reach their office for over 6 weeks to obtain test results. Called twice a week with no response back from anyone in the office. The 5th week I received a text that Dana would call me that day, never received a call. Extremely disappointed with this facility. I would not recommend being a patient of Dana Webber.
She’s good with my kid but as far as front desk service nobody ever answers the phones or returns my phone calls. I have been trying to schedule my child’s check up for almost 3 weeks and no response .
Best NPs that you could possibly ask for. They truly care about their patients. They are super busy but they always get back to you. Be patient with them. I have worked in the healthcare field for years it’s not easy but the patient is not just a chart number to them. They care about everyone. The whole staff is amazing and will do anything to help as well.
