So far checking in has been a long exasperating experience, due largely in part to the fact that I booked through a third party app. out phones had no batteries and the ice bucket was missing. Engineering and room service were very accommodating and fixed both issues quite quickly.

From arrival to departure and everything in between, the Dana Hotel was simply AMAZING!!! Rooms: WOW! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean!! They have all the amenities you could possibly want and need including an impressive selection of wines and snacks at a very reasonable price!! The Dana Hotel is Gorgeous, would definitely come back. The spa experience was marvelous, Eric gave a relaxing massage and Tammy did a wonderful Pedicure.

I came here with my husband right after we got married. We were in the Corner King Suite with Two Balconies. The staff is VERY nice, the room was HUGE, the room service was AMAZING, and the employees were more than accommodating. My husband and I will definitely be back! If your looking for somewhere to stay downtown chicago, look no more and stay at the Dana Hotel.
Best Birthday ever
Very modern hotel in a great location. Only negative is that you can hear a lot of outside noise in the rooms (sirens, horns, etc).
