This was the first time I had met Dr. Rice but I was impressed.
Dr. Rice is the type of doctor we all want as our doctor. She's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I've seen good doctors and I've seen some that should never be in the medical field. Dr. Rice is one of the great ones.
