We found Dan to be very professional and attentive to our needs and is very detail oriented and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Our home sold the first day that he showed it.
Dan has a great personality and is easy to speak with. Dan was very good with being responsive and being able to be reached, whether by phone or email. After some initial challenges with other potential buyers, in the end when a qualified Buyer came along, the closing process was pretty quick.
Dan sold my moms home and was a delight to work with at all times. He handled the painting and staging and even an estate sale for Mom. House sold quick and with over bids. I highly recommend Dan for his integrity and responsiveness.
