Dan sold our home in 3 days in a "down market". He did a great job with handling all the details. He also handled the purchase of our new home and negotiated a great price. The closings went smooth and Dan was always there to answer any questions.. We would definitely recommend Dan as agent for a buyer, seller or both.

Dan took the time to patiently explain the whole process with my elderly mother. He was very proactive when it came to listing the property and finding a buyer in a short time. It had been listed prior with another agent who did nothing to sell the property. Dan got things done!

I hired Dan to sell my mother's home near Branham High School. Bottom line, if you are looking to sell a home in the San Jose area I don't think you could find a better agent than Dan. He did a spectacular job and sold the home quickly and for more than we expected (based on comparable recent sales). Dan valcazar was the best real estate agent I have dealt with. I have bought and sold property approx 10-12 times in the past. Dan always respected my wishes even when he thought a different approach would be more beneficial. He would explainhis rreasons, however still insisted that I continue the way I wanted too.I respect him and more importantly, I trust him with my money.

Dan helped me buy my townhouse in Fremont. He was exceptionally patient with me and always a more than accommodating to find me exactly the right property that would suit my needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property. He was delightful to work with and considers his clients his friends. Something rare these days.

Dan is a very personable individual and great knowledge of the housing industry. He has a amount of intellectual and physical resources that are needed to get the job done. He listens to your needs and keys in on them and doesn't stray from what you want. We could not close a deal only because of some financial issues that I need to resolve but, not credit related. I highly recommend Dan Valcazar! He is honest, knowledgeable, extremely responsive and dependable. He truly a "full service" agent. He recently helped us sell my grandmother's house in a very short time and we received well-over asking price. He oversaw the remodeling and repairs on the house and we achieved great results. If we have any future needs for a real estate agent, we will definitely use Dan again.

We were in the market for a land in the Morgan Hill, San Jose, Santa Cruz area and were introduced to Dan via a mutual friend.
