Excellent customer service from both Kitchen Aid and service company.
Repairman was knowledgeable and courteous. I liked to quick response, trouble shooting and analysis problem resolution and fast and timely repairs by technicians. Great Job!!!

Your service man told me it was the transmission and it did not pay to fix the machine. He was very honest about it. The machine was 11 years old. I bought a new one and it is fine.
