I was very pleased with the professional that came to do the repairs, he was very knowledge and was able to fix the problem right away and since he was bilingual he was able to explain the issue of the machine to my mom, that was very helpful. However there seem to be a confusion as to the time of the appoitnment. The appointment was scheduled through Whirlpool for a time window of 1 PM to 5 PM and I was suppose to get a phone call the night before from the service department, that would of confirmed that window. Very satisfied with the service from the 1st call confirming the appointment time to the repairman's call confirming the time he would be here. The repairman was on time, friendly and replained fully the problem with the washer. We decided to purchase another appliance instead of having the washer repaired.

Arden was very nice and explained everything to me. The customer service skills from Kitchen Aid and Arden were on total opposite sides of the spectrum. After his visit she said she is comfortable with the repair and the appliance. She said she hopes it is Arden that comes back on Friday to complete the repair.

My service guy was excellent! He was polite and proffessional and efficient. He knew exactly what was wrong with the dishwasher and fixed it lickity-split! Great experience.
