Very happy with the tech guys and very happy with everything else that was done thank you so much for the quick and fast service.
The tech understood my needs and was able to accommodate my request. I wanted the back burner to be at its lowest flame and he was able to do that for me.
Service was excellent. The fridge broke just shy of the warranty so I would like to see perhaps a 2 year warranty.
Excellent tech, even checked the door balance, showed me how to clean it. I will definitely be giving them a call back whenever I need them.
The service tech was punctual, called to let me know he was on way, and conscious of the bad weather enough to wear boot covers so as not to track snow through my home. He gave me a concise explanation of my machine and also confirmed it was hooked up properly
