Called to let me know what time to expect arrival. Hit the mark within 5 minutes of expected time. (Arrived early). Explained problem to him, he went right to work and was done in no time. Very happy with service.
I was given an appointment right away. The technician arrived when they said he would. He was very knowledgeable and offered advice on maintaining the refrigerator to keep it at its optimum. The clean up was great and it is in good working order. I am VERY happy with this service!
The Service Technician was wonderful. Very courteous. Thoroughly explained the problem. Really nice guy.
Our tech was Theo. He was so polite, and knew what he had to do to do the job. I requested him to come back when I thought something was wrong. He took his time to explain to us what the reason was the door was not staying up. I would recommend Theo to anyone who needs any repair on their dishwasher.

Service and convenience is very good. Troubleshooter/repair man(Gilbert) was excellent and professional. He knew what had to be done and got to it quickly and efficiently. He and the work were very good.
No complaints whatsoever. Issue wa quickly recognized and product was serviced properly. Technician was also very helpful in providing better usage tips on the product.
The repairman was excellent. The suggestion I have is to not have the stove handles heat up when the oven is on. There must be a way that the stove handles will not get hot to the touch when the oven is on. My friend had bought the same stove recently upon my recommendation prior to my problem. I appreciate your interest.
