I didn't buy there but I thought they treated us fine it came down to price for a used versus new and we decided to buy new closer to home

Though the Internet sales guy was very nice, the Tucson we drove 4 hours to see wasn't ready. He knew approximately when we would be arriving to test drive the vehicle, yet it was filthy. The back of the vehicle was stained quite badly on the inside and with the very high mileage (oh, and the brakes rubbed loudly whenever applied), the dealership would not budge from the $15,000 asking price. Well, overpriced for the high miles and condition we found.

Very helpful both over the phone and in person. Willing to do what it took to make sure o was able to get my car. I drove over 800 miles to get my Saturn Vue.
