Great, Cody my salesperson was very professional and courteous. He responded to my e-mails and text messages about the Van. i bought the van but i could not take it with me because I was 2 1/2 hrs away and came alone. Cody kept the van at the dealership until I could make arrangements to return and get it. I took a bus from Dubuque too Waterloo. Cody was nice enough to pick me up at bus station and bring me back to the dealership to get the van. It left a lasting impression and when my wife decides to get another vehicle we ... read more
