Randy Friedley is a great salesperson. He responded quickly to my initial request, and was very knowledgeable about the SAAB name —and and what they are all about. Only complaint was that their original posting listed the car for a significantly low mileage (it skews CarGuru's ability to determine a good deal), something that Randy immediately corrected, among any discrepancies.
