We hired Dan Ace for our rental property in Key West. At first he was very attentive and we thought we had a great job done. Within the first 6 months the sky lights Cracked. He had a guarantee for a year, but now 1-1/2 years later has never returned our phone calls or addressed the problem. We found out from another roofer the skylights cracked because of faulty install. If you want it done right, do not use Dan Ace Roofing.
Just wanted to say thanks to Dan Ace Roofing. I've lived in the Keys since 2000. I'm a property owner and a residential contractor myself. All too often those that make the extra effort to do things right don't get the recognition they deserve.
