The reason I rated the appointment "average" is because the second Ivorie tooth whitening treatment was poorly administred. The mouth guard was not properly placed in my mouth, the gel was uneven and there was no further whitening. I asked the technician, Heather about the placement of the tray and she said, "It doesn't matter where you bite because the gel is clear." Everyone was amazing! Heather was working the desk up front and was extremely nice Everyone was amazing! Heather was working the desk up front and was extremely nice. There was also another Heather who assisted in getting me all set up for my dental x-rays. She made the process more bearable as this is sort of an uncomfortable process. This is the best dental office I've ever been to. You guys made me feel comfortable from the time I checked in to the time I was leaving. Thank you all so much.
