We consulted Dr.Giese for my kid and we had great experience with him. He is patient and encourages questions and answers them all. Fantastic Doctor and great experience overall
Very odd check in process. Staff was ok at the appointment, but billing was outrageous amounts in comparison to former eye doctor. Will not be back.
I love this place. They always give me the best care.
Terrible experience. The staff is rude, dismissive, and clearly doesn’t care about patients. Wait times are ridiculous, and there’s zero respect for your schedule. The worst part was having my appointment canceled just an hour beforehand with no proper explanation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise going anywhere else
Had an appointment for some laser eye surgery. Called in advance to confirm the appointment and what the cost would be as prior authorization was needed. She told me i dont know and to check with my insurance company and was super rude about it. I went ahead and canceled it, currently looking at other places.
