Terrible experience. The staff is rude, dismissive, and clearly doesn’t care about patients. Wait times are ridiculous, and there’s zero respect for your schedule. The worst part was having my appointment canceled just an hour beforehand with no proper explanation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise going anywhere else
Had an appointment for some laser eye surgery. Called in advance to confirm the appointment and what the cost would be as prior authorization was needed. She told me i dont know and to check with my insurance company and was super rude about it. I went ahead and canceled it, currently looking at other places.
Go somewhere else. Not worth the hassle and nonsense. I went to the Worcester office. They make you check-in from your vehicle like we're in the middle of covid, as if we needed a reminder of those experiences. The woman inside, who you still need to check-in with, is rude. I made an appt because I have migraines that just started. They coded the migraines as injections that I didn't get. Ran my medical insurance and not my eye insurance. Didn't bother to inform us that we weren't in network because they never ran the insura... read more
Dr Sandra Hu Torres did an excellent job. I had to go to Gardner due to not wanting sedation. The thoughtful anesthesiologist explained his role and was obliging. Everyone was wonderful and professional. We even had a few laughs. My second surgery for cataract and glaucoma was a little different: I wasn't told by the anesthesiologist, Dr. Mohamed, that I would be given two medications! (Not sedated)
