Diana at Dalzell was so wonderful! She helped my fiance pick out my dream engagement ring, working with him for multiple visits! She then went above and beyond telling him that we could come in the day he proposed to have my ring fitted and resized if needed because he told her we had a big party the next day and he knew everyone would be asking to see my ring. Diana was so helpful and knowledgable! My son purchased an engagement ring at Dalzell. It is gorgeous! I have also had my rings cleaned and checked. The entire staff is wonderful! Highly recommend!
Stopped in there today to get a new battery for one watch and links taken out of another. They are always so nice and helpful every time I'm there. I waited for only 5 min. and then went to pay for it and was told "don't worry about it" seriously? how nice was that! Made my day-it was super nice of them to do that.
