RecommendedHad a missing diamond in my wedding ring. They repaired for me but a couple of months later, the same stone went missing again. No questions asked when I brought it back in. The stone was replaced again at no charge. Very happy customer!
I stopped in to Dalzell Jewelers today to see if they could take a link or 2 out of a bracelet (medical ID), so nothing very expensive. I was told by 2 other Jewelers that they could not remove any links as it was inexpensive. Well, the girl at Dalzell Jewelers said they could do it. I went back to pick it up and it was still a little big so she took another link out so it would fit. I am so happy that it fits, no more rubber bands to make it fit. I am so impressed! Julie is just wonderful to work with and Diana did an amazing job finding a stone to match an heirloom ring. I tried to have a Barrington jewelry store make the ring whole again -but they told me they couldn’t and to take the stones out of the ring and make earrings instead. I’m glad we went to DALZELL! If Diana could do this, I’m pretty confident she can help you with any job!!
A quick note of thanks to Dalzell Jewelers. Stopped in today to have a pin replaced in my son's Blackhawks watch and they helped us right away. No cost to replace the missing pin. (No excuse now for him not getting home on time!) You guys are terrific. Thank you!!! We will be back.

Forget Jared’s or any other similar store, Dalzell has an excellent curated selection, and exceptional service. My wife and I never feel under pressure to buy, and often we are merely browsing. But we are not treated any differently and have come to regard the Dalzell crew as our friends. Anything that we require as to custom length, design or adjustments, they have been able to accommodate in a timely fashion. Ultimately if you want a one of a kind piece or something more affordable, they have it covered. Layaways available... read more
