Was surprised to see any negative reviews here. The staff has always been super friendly and accommodating. Including the doctors-as well as being attentive and informative about my condition. One of the better practices in my opinion!
I am not happy with the way I was treated! I chose this Podiatry Practice based on a recommendation by my Primary Care Physician. After 6 months of periodic visits/treatments and medication, my condition was not getting better, I voiced my concerns and was told that “I just needed to be patient” (In a very cold manner). They were amazing from the front office to the podiatrist himself. Made my parents, who were Portuguese at ease and comfortable 😊 even spoke some Portuguese to my mom.
Needed a foot specialist for my foot which was hurting for about 8 weeks . The doctor came in asked what was wrong I explained. He did not touch my foot and said I needed better arch support and tried to sell me some inner soles for $60.00. Did not explain anything and told me to come back in 30 days.
