Called them Friday 05/12/2017, Monday 05/15/2017 about 5 pm my heating and air was installed and house was getting cool. Anthony and Phillip were both professional with explaining the unit and controller. This company from the owner, to the receptionist to the workers are all nice and professional.
I have been using this company for the last couple of years. I have to say they have some great technicians. Last week I had a technician come out to find out what was going on with my unit. After inspecting the unit, it was determined that i was going to need a new unit. I told him that the following Wednesday was best for me to take off. I got the payment arrangements set but even before they got set I recieved a text from the technician saying the following Wednesday it was going to happen. AWESOME People to deal with!! Mr. Isaiah was very professional and curtious when he came out to give us a quote!
