Lady at the desk seemed annoyed I interrupted her texting when I went in. Made appointment for them to come out and see what I needed done. Waited an hour and they never showed up. Made the mistake of calling to see why they never showed up which seemed to really annoy that lady.
RecommendedThey came early and had it replaced by lunch time. They are quick and efficient and very courteous. would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Excellent service , friendly staff. Downstairs unit was not cooling . Called for service and someone came out an hour later . Professional and knowledgeable of the problem and how to fix it . We will use again. Thank you

I just want to say everybody at Dalton heating and air there are really good people. I've known this family for a long time and they've always been good people. I've always done business with Dalton heating and air this time I needed my whole unit changed because my house is now 12 years old. they sent a crew over here that did a great job. Very clean very respectful they didn't track up my floors they cleaned up after themselves were very courteous and done an awesome job. Good people I would highly recommend them.
Great people, excellent service. Called one day someone was out their the next day with an estimate. 2 days later they installed a brand new unit.. Great teamwork! I would highly recommend! 5 STARS
