Why should I give someone a good review when they did nothing at all. Call they came out and removed the cover off the unit and just looked and put the cover back on and left. They should no what they are doing if they work in heating and air but you need to do more than look at something to fined out what is wrong. I told American Standard Trane what they had done and they agreed with me. They are not all that good of a company if you ask me. They are a joke
