I had a great experience with Austin. He was very courteous and patient. He answered all of our questions and we never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Overall, I would recommend Austin and the Dallasroadster highly. This is what car buying should be like.
When you are looking for car you need a salesman with experience in the automobile field. Ivan Jimenez is diligent in finding the car you are looking for he goes that extra mile to get you not only the best car, but also a low interest rate and over all the best possible deal. I had a long and trying struggle to find a dealership with cars that were not only low on mileage but priced reasonably. A lot of places sort of took advantage of my situation because I was a woman and young, but at Dallas Roadster they were honest about what was needed for me to qualify since I was a first time buyer and helped with the entire process. When my growing family buys a secondary car we will be returning to Dallas Roadster.
