I called in one morning and he quickly returned my phone call. He was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns and worked through every detail with great care. Ramiro is THE greatest and so is Dallas Roadster!
I was able to speak with the Owner Ben, and Sales Manager Nick on several occasions. They were both very helpful. They literally treated me like a friend. Good genuine people, no funny business about them. My wife and I were looking for a specific car. They put in the time and helped us pin point the car for our needs. It was very obvious they wanted to help and it was important to them that they we were happy. By the way, I wasnt asked to leave this review. I was impressed and want to try to help good honest people.
I was looking for a car for my 17 year old daughter, a "first car". They had a nice little Ford Focus with 62K miles for a fair price. There were a few cosmetic issues with the bumper, some paint scrapes, stuff like that. Joe offered to take care of those and he put new tires on. This was a nice surprise considering he didn't wanna budge on price. Though he didn't budge on price, I'm very glad Joe helped make my daughter's first car buying experience a good one.
Buying a car can be a stressful experience, especially when you are writing a big check, trusting the dealer he will give you the best price and will take care of the paperwork correctly, but not at the Dallas Roadster.
