Great follow up and customer service

Good he called me and was a good experience.
This place sucks. I contacted them about a vehicle a toyota tundra to be exact. I applied for financing knowing i would not get approved. I even told the salesman mike i had no credit he went on and on about he was gonna help me and he was on my side. When he figured out i really didnt have credit like i explained he blew me off and never called back. What he didnt know is that i had cash tonpay in full for the vehicle. When we pulled up they said they had just got done puting new tires on the vehicle.....those tires were rotted and the suspension was shot. The car also had a bad oil leak, they didn't detail the under body, that's how I could tell. Horrible experience. He even showed me another vehicle that was broken down even worse! A $5000 car should never be this bad off, I'd expect that for $2000!
Sales person no show and GM rude
Very unprofessional Car was not there when we arrived. We waited 2 hours for car, they knew all week we were coming. We bought a car in Arlington.
